The 2015 Edmonton Motorcycle & ATV Show opens this Friday, January 16th at 12:00 noon and runs to Sunday, January 18th.

Show manager Laurie Paetz says manufacturers and local dealers are showing confidence in the Northern Alberta market, with many of them having increased the amount of floor space this year for their exhibits.

But it’s the new bikes that grab our attention.

New models for 2015 that I find intriguing (in no particular order) and are expected to be at the show are:

  • Ducati Scrambler
  • Kawasaki Versys 1000 ABS LT/650
  • BMW R1200RS/S1000XR
  • Triumph Tiger 800 XR/XC
  • Honda NM4

Plus, there are always new paint schemes on carrryover models to admire or just to up close and personal with bikes that we love and would have in our garage if there was room, such as:

  • Kawasaki Concours C14
  • Yamaha FJR1300ES
  • Aprilia Capo Nord 1200
  • Triumph Trophy 1200
