Nolan N91 – update #2

Just hours after posting the update on returning the new Nolan N91 flip-up modular helmet purchased from  Canada’s Motorcycle, the Quebec-based online retailer has come through.

As you may recall, my previous post on this (Nolan N91 – update) reported I had contacted the company’s customer service department to enquire on the status of the helmet I had shipped back to them from Edmonton on April 1, 2016.  Their customer service rep emailed me to inform me they had indeed received the helmet and it could take “up to two weeks” for the helmet to go through the returned goods process, and that they would contact me to confirm my money was being refunded.

I have just received that email, saying the full purchase price is being “returned to the original method of payment” (credit card) and the refund would show up on my statements in 3-5 days.

Kudos to Canada’s Motorcycle for their quick, efficient and painless product return policy and system.
